Unboxing

There's nothing fancy about the box of the LG G2. It's just a simple white box that's made up of recyclable materials. Once you open the box, the smartphone will going to welcome you. Let's set aside the smartphone and ake a look what's inside the box.

Inside the box you'll find the wall charger, warranty slip, USB cable, micro-SIM ejector tool, earbuds, and manual. And that's pretty much it.

Hands on Review

After using it for a day (I got it yesterday but I didn't to an unboxing article because I need to review for my C Programming Contest earlier today),  the first thing that you'll notice is its screen. The text looks sharp and crisp and that's kinda normal on a smartphone that has a 1080p display. The one that really attracts me about the screen, it's like the icons were pasted on the screen.

Another thing is I instantly fell in love with the KnockOn feature, it's the feature that you'll just double tap the screen to wake or sleep it which I find innovative.

About the 3 buttons at the back (the home/sleep button, and the volume rocker), as of now I'm still not quite using it maybe because I'm still not used to it.

The SoC of the LG G2 is fantastic. I played the Modern Combat 4, Dead Trigger 2, and Asphalt 8 on the LG G2 and it runs smooth. But after playing it for quite sometime, you'll notice a warm building up on the lower back of the device. Yeah it's normal when playing on a device but I'm just worried that if it got too warm, it can damage the internal of the device. Other than that, the experience was beyond great. Swiping from left to right, opening apps were fast.
